Washington Marriage Certificate

The state of Washington charges $25 to process a marriage certificate application and provide your first copy. Any additional copy will cost $25. The standard processing time of a marriage certificate in Washington is 12-14 weeks and 1-2 business weeks for rush orders. In-person applications have the option of paying the fee in cash or by credit/debit card. Mail-in applications must be paid by check or money order addressed to “DOH”.
