Yes. In most cases, customers are able to make changes to their vital records application after completing their purchase.
After payment, you will have an opportunity to review the information entered on your application and make corrections if needed. Once all required documents have been submitted, modifications can be made within 24 hours or before the application is submitted to the appropriate government office, whichever comes first.
Please note that any changes require additional review by our processing team. This review may add additional time before your application is finalized and submitted.
Once an application has been submitted to the government authority, modifications are no longer possible.
How to Make Modifications to Your Application
To make changes to your application:

Go to My Applications.

If the button says “View Application” or the status shows “Under Review”, your application is still eligible for modifications.

Click into the application and select the option to return to the application review step to make updates.
If the application has already been submitted, the option to modify the application will no longer be available.

Some updates involve sensitive information and may require help from our customer support team. This includes changes to:

State or city of birth of the person on record
