How it works
What VRO Safeguard does
When you add VRO Safeguard at checkout, your order is protected against a lost document. If your certificate is lost in transit, we re-file your application and waive our service fee, so you do not start over from scratch.

We prepare your application and send it to the issuing office, then the certificate is mailed back as usual.

Lost in transit? Tell us
If your certificate does not arrive because it was lost in the mail, let our support team know and we will open a re-file.

We re-file, fee waived
We resubmit your application at no additional VRO service fee. You pay only the state fees, since those are paid to the issuing agency.

Protection against a lost document
Once your application leaves our hands, it travels through the mail to the issuing office and back to you. VRO Safeguard protects that journey: if your certificate is lost in transit, we re-file your application and waive our service fee, so a lost document does not mean starting over.
