How do I sign up for VRO+?

VRO+ is available to customers who use VRO’s online vital record assistance service. After completing your vital record request through VRO, you can subscribe to VRO+ during checkout by adding it to your order.

Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details on how to access your VRO+ dashboard and start using your membership benefits, including identity theft protection, credit monitoring, privacy scans, and discounts on VRO services.

How do I access my VRO+ dashboard and member benefits?

Log in to your VRO account and select the VRO+ tab in your dashboard. From there, you can view your membership status, explore available benefits, and access all your VRO+ benefit features.

How do I recover my account login or password?

VRO+ does not use passwords. We send a secure login link to the email connected to your VRO account.

To access your account:

    1. Go to the VRO+ login page.
    2. Enter the email address you used to sign up.
  • Check your email for the secure login link and click it to access your account.

If you don’t remember which email you used or didn’t receive the login link, contact our Customer Service team at 844-387-0200, available Monday–Friday, ET, for assistance.

Why do I see a message to reactivate my VRO+ membership?

This message may appear if your payment method has expired, your renewal was missed, or your membership has been paused. To restore full access, log in to your account, update your payment details, and select Reactivate Membership. If you need assistance with reactivation or updating your information, our Customer Assistance Team is available to help and can guide you through the process.

How do I lock or unlock my VRO+ membership account?

VRO+ does not offer the ability to lock or unlock membership accounts. If you have concerns about unauthorized access or need assistance with your account security, please contact our Customer Support team for guidance.
