How do I cancel my VRO+ membership?

You can cancel your VRO+ membership at any time by logging in to your VRO+ account and going to Billing → Subscriptions. Click Manage Subscription and follow the cancellation steps in Stripe. Once your cancellation is processed, no further membership fees will be billed, and your access to premium services will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

What happens when I cancel my membership?

When you cancel, your VRO+ subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, all identity protection, credit monitoring, and insurance coverage will end, leaving your personal, financial, and identity information unprotected. Your data and preferences will remain securely stored if you choose to reactivate your membership in the future, but your accounts will no longer be monitored for potential risks.
